re: Best suburb of Houston to buy a house?

I lived in summerwood for three years and we liked it. Loved the house and neighborhood but the commute is definitely more than 30 to downtown and getting worse. If generation park ever takes off that could make traffic worse. We also did not care for the lack of good restaurants and shopping in the area but as it continues to develop that may improve. I certainly would consider it if I moved back to Houston

My mil also lived in eagle springs and it's very comparable to summerwood. Closer to atascocita but not as convebient to beltway 8
