Totally depends on what you are looking for. That usually has a lot to do with if you have children or not. Single? I agree with you. Married with a couple of kids? Not so much.

Disagree, raising a family inside the loop is great if you can afford it.

I sincerely tried to move ITL or just outside to get closer to the med center. THe only thing affordable around $200-$300K was S. Post Oak/Braeswood area, and it flooded two weeks ago really badly.

Wife wasn't having it...to Pearland we go.
