The theme of the house is “Steel Wave,” a modern take on the summer beach house – a departure from last year’s design, which was “all about nature, wood and trees.”

The downstairs living area – complete with a 22-foot-tall towering steel wave – represents the ocean, while the upstairs – including the Head of Household room – signifies the sky. The bedrooms have various themes, including the power of “steel” (a.k.a. cars) done comic-book style and an upscale nightclub under the sea.
