But I did like seeing Reed sneak up behind him and take him out from behind (I couldn't tell if he slit his throat or stabbed him in the back).
I'm gonna laugh if this is all an elaborate fan hoax. The lack of zooming in the video is peculiar.

But that is the M.O. of the Crannogmen. They are basically looked down on by the other people of Westeros for their dirty tactics (it's also why everyone avoids trying to conquer them).
