I'll tell you what, she was standing in front of the plate not beside it so pray tell why were the base runners even close to her. All she did was brace herself to be run over. As for me telling someone how to raise their kid I'll pass unless you need me to speak to your parents.

here's a "point of emphasis regardingthe NFHS rule on obstruction:

Obstruction point of emphasis
