Did your subscription expire?
If not, try resetting your modem and wifi and then set up the Internet connection in the PS4 settings again. Once you've reset your modems and set up the Internet connection on the PS4, test the connection and see what it says then.
If it says everything is all good, close the ESO app and then restart it.
If that doesn't work, check the Playstation help forums to see if there are any treads with similar issues that may have a solution.
Sorry you're having issues with PSN.
