Best I remember...there was a lot of public parking right next to the beach. Here is a map of public parking at Clearwater Beach that should help.

Plenty of parking, it is kind of a bitch on weekends though. There are plenty of other beaches in the clearwater/st. Pete area though. I usually go to pass-a-grille which is a little less crowded
