Yep, it's part of the rent. Just the same, I'm saving almost $1,000 per month less renting vs. owning--about $11,000 per year. That money I into mutual funds and stocks that have gone up in value about 9% per year over the past 2-3 years.

I'm doing just fine. Have no interest in owing another home, ever.


No matter what, I'm happy to watch someone else mow the damn grass.
