True story, I used to live there, right when it opened up. Had a roommate and we stayed in a building essentially all to ourselves. Then we got neighbors, former Woodlawn High graduates.

Made for a very good time. Then the guys above us moved out and let's just say a less desirable crowd starting gathering in, as in poor white trash.

We moved out rather quickly.

we seriously had fun there for the 1st 6 months.
