Head coach Smith shocked the football world today, labeling his top draft pick rookie quarterback as "mildly retarded" after an OTA practice.
The team had no choice but to immediately fire Smith...for the use of the insensitive word retarded.
When asked about his dismissal, Smith lamented, "I wish I would have just called him 'special.' I'd have been safe on all fronts."
