I agree. She can't "break the wheel" with Tyrion advising her anyway. He knows/understands too much of the Westerosi houses to let that happen. Besides, all of them aren't or won't be her enemy.
Maybe that Selse scene with her on the ground screaming is Stannis getting killed by Ramsay.

I noticed on a rewatch that when Dany started her "break the wheel" speech, the camera switches to Tyrion and it almost looks like he rolls his eyes. I kind of got a chuckle out of it.
