I agree, something has to be real close to a window for me to hear it.

Can't be too much to add on a new build and it will pay itself off quickly.

IIRC, it was about 50% more to do foam.

Like $18K vs $12K. I think, very conservatively, the foam lower my electricity bill $100 per month. Thus, the payback is 60 months.

The other big payback is high SEER AC, but foam is the king.
