I assume you mean in today's society, which would still be a bad assumption. People from all backgrounds have managed to lead good lives. I know many black people that were born out of wedlock that have avoided trouble for the law, and for the ones that do get married or shotgun married, how long do those marriages last? Children should be planned, and the parents should be committed to being there for the child at least until the child reaches adulthood.
