No I'm not saying we have options, just that he gets shite on much less than Carter/Gattis but he's arguably worse than both.
As for options, you have to consider Jed at 3B if the production doesn't pick up by the time he comes back.

When Jed comes back I don't think there is any doubt he will be playing third. Captain Correa will have short locked down.

I haven't really gotten on to Gattis.
Carter has Jon nipping on his heels and I think a lot of the heat comes from that.
