The idea of being a partner is awesome. The amount of work and time that takes virtually means you will have little to no life outside of work. I once thought that I would like that type of opportunity but have realized that isn't the case.
As yellowfin just posted some people act like because they are working 50+ a week means you absolutely should.
Houston - I'm not taking this job, I'm going to continue looking and won't leave unless the right opportunity presents itself. Idk how you do it man. I just had to try to recompute a prior year AMT NOL for a carryback and was like why in the hell am I doing this?!?

I'm looking to make the jump to industry soon. I don't think I can do another tax season knowing I can be making more in industry
