Police having trouble policing West Baltimore

All the officers need to do is move their faces one inch so it touches the camera and then arrest them for assaulting a police officer....this isn't rocket science.

Police really need to just announce they will not be responding to any calls in that area for 30 days.
Let em run wild there. Just state the borders of the area they will stay out of and let them do what they want to each other for a while.

I guess they like it better when no one is watching cops and they can do whatever they want, like plant drugs, yell out "He has a weapon", etc.
It sounded like people were just there and recording the cops. Nothing wrong with that. If you aint got nothing to hide, then it shouldn't bother you cops. Sounds familiar right?
