And you also never addressed how being sent away from his family did any justice to the kid he molested who was not a part of the family

Did that child ever talk to the police? Or parents? Or anyone?
If you read the article, you'd see that he was sent away after the first time he did it to his sibling. His dad contacted the state trooper after he did it again. I didn't say that that kid got "justice", but as in most molestation cases, if they victim doesn't speak up, there's not much that can be done.
