Houston? Dallas? Those are nice vacations for you?
I hate the neutral site games! It takes away a home game (I am a season ticket holder) Furthermore, I look forward to traveling to see other campuses and college towns. Take South Carolina for instance. Tiger fans are expected to be traveling big for this game, because we will not be back there anytime soon. This idea that we have to play in Texas to recruit in Texas is also total BS. We play A&M every other year in Texas, and the SEC network is all over Texas now. This is 2015 folks, you do not have to have a traveling circus to get exposure.

Never understood the "takes away a home game" argument. A home and home series would do that too every other year or so. More often then not, it will be further to travel to a true away game then a neutral site game and harder to get tickets.
Also, I think it's good for the players to have a game in a "half" road game environment with a good team with some LSU backing to warm them up for what SEC play is like on the road.
However, all of the other arguments against I can see, like not wanting to travel to see a good opponent.
