re: How do I get rid of rats in my backyard?

I periodically have issues with desert rats and Home Depot sells rat traps- which look like giant-sized mousetraps- get the ones for $1.97 in the attached pic. Buy a couple and bait them with a mixture of oatmeal and peanut butter, it will work like a charm.
