Probably a game warden.
Would make 1/4 of what I make now but I would enjoy being outside all the time.

People always go for the jobs that are glamorous. Screw that. You get nice pay, anonymity, and a job that will last a long time.
A friend of mine is an NFL long snapper and has been in the league a few years past the minimum for a pension. He makes either minimum or close to it, but with the years he has been in, he's nearing a million a year at this point. Incredible job.
