iPhone to iPhone shouldn't really be an issue if everyone has iMessage on. If someone does and another doesn't then the one who doesn't would always be sending text messages and you could run into the same issue that you have with Android phones. Maybe have her check with her dad and her friend and see if they have iMessage on or off then look at her phone and see if her phone sends text messages or iMessages to those people. Can they get her messages and does she miss all messages from them?

Huh? I'm confused.

Let's sayvyour wife has an iPhone used for both personal and professional, what would you have the settings in to be sure she's can both send and receive messages and it work!?

I do not care about data, I do not care about costs. I just want it to send and receive texts. How can this possibly be so complicated from a comoanybwith a billion if these devices out there? Wow!

I absolutely appreciate any solution you offer. Again, when she complained this morning, I looked in settings and imessage was NOT on. By putting it on, does that mean all texts shoukd send and receive no matter what tgevothers use?

Thank you again for trying to help our dumb asses! LOL
