I see your profile says GA, but in Louisiana if the repairs equal or surpass 75% of the ACV it totals the car. The repairs (replacing the frame) also seem excessive for repairing where the control arm mounts. Are you sure it's the entire truck frame for that?
In re-reading th thread I assumed it was the bolts that ripped not the actual frame.
