A girl at a JP high school got a statutory rape charge, she was 18, he was 16. No sex, he was 'performing a sex act on her'. I thought it was crazy they called the cops and made a local news story over it. I know people got caught in the gym and band room in my day. No police...
I think schools are going to police for things that in the past would of been handled in house.

Pretty sure thats legal in Louisiana? 17 is the age of consent, but it still legal to have sex with someone under the age of consent if you are no more than 2 years older.

I think that was a 17 year old girl and a 14 year old boy. Still lame though.
