thanks, yes it was that handgeld thing! appreciate the honest answer, so if it is 13-15% how good/bad would that be at my age?

15% is good. You have to keep in mind that just because you can see a 6 pack doesn't mean that guy is in more shape or has stronger abs than a guy at 15% bf.

Anything sub 16% is better than most of the population.

The most accurate is hydrostatic testing, but it's the most expensive.

The most accurate, cheap test, is skin caliper testing from 7 different sites.
