I don't see how anyone could be outraged over this photo (except for the parents who are probably mortified)
Don't get me wrong, I wouldn't even want to breathe the same air as an idiot who thinks a picture like this is "cool" but not because of anything racial...in fact, the only thing this photo should make you do is laugh...laugh hysterically

Part of being in a free country is the freedom to make bad decisions. They didn't hurt anybody nor did they interfere with anybody's rights so they should be able to pose with this picture, no matter how trashy it is.
