Every Tuesday is "Taco Tuesday" in the P household. Every Tuesday, except this one. Tonight we will be eating borsch in protest of the commercialization of this holiday.

My mother in law was out of town this weekend when I had my birthday. She asked my wife yesterday if we could all go out to eat at the Mexican place between our two houses tonight to celebrate my birthday. I don't think either of them realized it is Cinco de Mayo today. But this is a little place in a strip mall. I doubt it will be all that crowded, and I can throw back a margarita and some Mexican beer. Unless they change their mind on where to go. I really don't care where we go.
