This must have been a perfect storm to get these charges:
- They were loud with their sex
- They weren't trying to remotely hide their sex
- They were very close to other people
- They were assholes to the cops
- They had shitty lawyers
- The guy had BIG time priors
- The age difference clouded judgement
- The people they "offended" were wealthy and/or connected

I put all the blame on the 20 YO girl. What 40 year old man...who was probably under the influence of something...is going to make a hot 20 YO stop while she rides him?

And on top of all that the prosecutor sounds like he was offended they turned down a plea deal.
