I'm not sure why people are getting their hopes up. LC probably wants to get the hell away from LA after this. If he is fully innocent he will likely feel betrayed by BRPD and even the Saints somewhat. I'd love to have him on the team, but I don't see it happening.

Betrayed? How so? Should the BRPD not investigated a murder because it might hurt Collins' draft stock? Really?

I really hope there is a whole lot of sarcasm there. Betrayed by the BRPD? For what, doing their job? They do kind of have to investigate when a murder occurs in their jurisdiction, it was just poor timing for Collins. And exactly what did the Saints do to betray him?
