he'll win the preakness i'm sure of that. it's shorter and the best horses have no stake in the preakness and will rest for the belmont


the belmont...i think he has the best chance to win since Big Brown, but i'm not 100% confident. Of all the triple crown winners, none have ever won with a jockey that was not based in NY or rode NY regularly and Vic is a Southern California rider. Belmont Racecourse is the toughest track in america to ride because it's so big it throws your timing off


More importantly becuase the race is so long, it's a jockeys natural instinct to want to conserve energy and stock and try to make a late move but usually winners are horses that take the lead and no one ca pass them. I doubt they shoot to the lead in the race I don't think Vic has those type of balls

I read today that the top three KY Derby finishers are in for the Preakness.
