Get some military guys into classrooms when they are on leave and have them be substitute teachers. And let them go to work on the problem kids.
Then, "darn, I'm fired".
Fix each problem kid at a time.
I mean I was a bad kid, disruptive, but never disrespectful.

That's exactly what I want to do when I'm on leave. Work a shitty job.
