Having just taken my property exam two days ago, I can tell you this is a really easy case. Since I am not yet licensed to practice law, it is illegal for me to offer you advice. Also, anyone who actually knows the answer probably isn't going to give you free advice. You clearly have no idea what your rights and obligations are, so go see a lawyer.

I apologize if my candor upset you, but you are asking for a free service. The law is a complex endeavor not to be undertaken by a layperson. Before attempting to preform self-surgery, I would hope you would seek a licensed doctor's opinion for a medical problem rather than the O-T's. The analogy runs true regarding the law. TINSTAAFL. Just go see a lawyer. They will answer the question in less than five minutes if they have any sort of moral conscience. If you lack to financial means to obtain legal council, try your local legal aid office.
