Do you think Ned raises Jon to a Stark if he lives?

As long as Lady Stark is around, nope.

Cat Stark would have counted that plan out with the quickness

Yeah but think how reckless she was when Ned wasn't around, capturing Tyrion without Ned's leave, releasing Jaime, etc. she wasn't gonna live that long IMO. And in any case, I believe either Robb or Bran raised him in Ned's place.

You may want to put (spoilers) in your title. That's a pretty big one.

No, because Jon's not a Stark. R+L=J
Next question?

Jon joined the NW while Ned was still alive, so no.

That's a question we'll prolly never find the answer to. There can be speculation all you want, but that question died when Ned died. I don't think Howland Reed will ever tell anybody.

The only way I could see it being done is if Ned was put in a position to have to do it. He wouldn't just do it out of the good of his heart and Cat wouldn't let it get done for that reason either. Ned would have to be put in a corner having to protect someone.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but you can still have your name raised while in the NW right?

He's likely the only one who can.
There are clues based on what they've kept/modified in the series, versus what they've dropped.
The Reeds are in. Griff and Young Griff are completely omitted (several hundred pages of plot development, BTW, for the Hodors). Cold Hands and LSH are completely omitted from the series (not as voluminous - there is no question who LSH is, and Cold Hands has been variously speculated as Benjen at times).
And, Where the f*ck is Rickon?
