re: Riots In the South? Could it happen?

Don't underestimate how well blacks and whites get along here in New Orleans. The small number of protestors here during the recent nationalization effort of the New York riots were mostly professional agitators from out of town. They marched peacefully. The cops watched them and even cleared the path for them, and the local populace watched from an amused distance.

Most black people here are just as pissed at the minority of violent black kids who are murdering everybody as are the white folks.
