There's a place in Boyce called Uncle Albert's just off I-49 a bit that someone mentioned here a long while back. Finally got some of that chicken and it was the best fried chicken I've ever had from a restaurant. Dirty dingy looking place that's apparently been around forever, but that chicken is some good. If you're ever traveling that way, stop off. I'm not sure I'd eat inside the place, but I'd eat it in the car.

Deep fry. It's faster and I can cook more chicken at one time.
