FBD-been cold and rainy here so i dug into my stout collection. I forgot I had this one. Look at how organized I used to be with the sticker

Not sure if this is a good or bad thing but this beer hasn't changed at all in 5 yrs. It is slightly oxidized but other than that no change what so ever. Surprising. If anyone is cellaring any of these then stop, there is no point.

Have you seen where pushing a standard ~10% non BA imperial stout beyond more than a couple years is worth it?
I have had several that started to get that papery oxidized taste, which is kind of a bummer.
