I honestly couldn't be specific 
They are similar but the markings on cottonmouth are more jagged and I think the yellow on the tail is also a sign.
I just know, okay.
ETA: google tells me the yellow on tail occurs on both species. Looks like cottonmouths are usually redder though (like your pic)...Its all in the contours of the markings.
