The whole school's reputation will be badly hurt by this. Don't only lookout for yourself and your college (business or engineering I'm guessing). It's not all about you, bud.

Officials are talking about academic bankruptcy. This goes way beyond cutting "useless" programs. Every student, staff, and alumni that can make it should be marching. This is a truly grim situation for the state's education.
