I think it's more about holding Bruce Banner accountable for what the Hulk does...or Peter Parker accountable (and liable) for anything Spider-Man does...or allow Daredevil's activities to be permissible evidence into any of Matt Murdock's (or Foggy Nelson's) court cases.
It would allow someone to sue Mae Parker for something her nephew did that the individual in question didn't like or invite reporters to snoop into her private life.
