I don't think just looking at a percentage should dictate if someone is going to see a movie or not. I think some will use the percentage to promote and/or justify their like or dislike of a movie. For example, The Wolverine is at 69% on RT and lets say AoU ends up at 65%. The Wolverine fans will say The Wolverine was a better movie because it ended up at 69%. I don't think one can go off the percentage. It's really personal taste I suppose.
For me, I see pretty much all super-hero genre movies because I collect comic books. Are there some that were so freaking terrible that I cant believe I paid money to see it, yup. But I go see it and make that decision. I try not to let others or a percentage determine if I like a movie or not. Now will I read a few reviews or see what others on boards like this say about the movie, sure. But I'll still see the movie then agree or disagree.

The positive reviews aren't so positive. The negative reviews are scathing
