Let's not forgot if she wasn't walking through the row in the middle of an at bat and blocking everyone's view she wouldn't have been hit. Basic fan courtesy goes a long way.
At some hockey games I've been to they block the aisle and don't let you down to your seat until a stoppage in play

They don't let you go up and down the aisles at minute maid park in Houston
If there's no rule in place, and even if there was, I don't think that the lady should be blamed for being hit with the ball
Some people in this thread are making some huge reaches
