You can manufacture all the conspiracy theories you want. You have stated nothing factual only speculation and opinion. Military plan/strategies are created all the time, it means absolutely nothing. Guarantee there are plans to invade Canada out there as well. If you think we have installed pro american leadership in these countries that would benefit us in terms of access to natural resources and have fought a 14 year war to do so then we have not done a very good job of it. The region is more unstable than ever. I guess that strategy isn't working for us. We may have forgotten that no matter who we put in place that they will always be a problem controlling the people unless like Saddam you employ some "population control". And by that I mean torture and chemically attacking large populations. Yeah that's much better.
