Great so how's this work? Some people have finished their rounds and some haven't. Do round 3 start times get pushed back for everyone?
They'll do just that. Round three will start roughly an hour or so after round 2 is concluded I guess. Some guys will probably WD if they aren't close to making the cut.

Those still on the course go out at 7 and resume play. Then the cut is made, pairings done, and sent out to play 3rd round. There are about 6 or 7 groups on each side still out. I think the last one on the front was on 4 when the horn blew.
Rickie has 3 holes left to make at least 1 more bird to get within the projected cut line.
Had a funny episode on 7 fairway today. A blue runner decided to park himself near the crosswalk in the middle of the fairway. Guy tried to use a cart to get it to move but it just kept going in circles, so he called another to help him. CBS camera guy was right there filming it (short clip on Golf Channel site). Once it got close to the ropes my knuckleheaded son decided to grab it to toss it into the bushes but when he grabbed it the Foundation guy made him drop it. Finally it went off into the native grass area. shite was hilarious watching two carts try to round up the little thing.
