Bump just to say thank you for all of you that wished me and the other runners well yesterday. Despite the rain and cold, it was an amazing experience that I can't wait to do again.

I came in at 4:20:16, which I am pleased with for my first marathon. I told myself to be happy with anything under 4:30, so I reached my goal.

To all of the other runners, hope you're healing well and walking a little better than I am today. Knees are sore as hell, but totally worth it. As one of the signs I saw along the route said, "Pain is temporary, pride is forever."

Huge congrats to you ... I had a friend there for I think his 2nd if not 3rd time to run it -- he finished in 3:28:something. CRAZY.

Hope you're recovering nicely -- get your knees checked out if they're not good in a few weeks.

Nicely done! Pretty tough course but don't expect to have that kind of crowd anywhere but Boston. It was incredible!
