If you are Rickon Stark - a little boy, but the putative Lord of Winterfell (assuming Brandon can't/won't serve because he's a cripple, and now some crazy Greenseer/Warg hybrid) - and you're running from other Northmen who want you dead - the only 2 clear options would be the Umbers (Last Hearth) and Manderlys (White Harbor) - the loyalty of those to Ned and Robb were never questioned.
But, Manderly either has them (and is keeping it very much on the QT) and is trolling Davos, or really thinks they've gone to Skagos - whether or not they actually have remains to be seen.
Before that, I would have bet money they were being sheltered by the Greatjon's family at Last Hearth.
We'll see (maybe), I suppose.
