re: I may be in the market for an F-250 over the next few months

I have an 08 6.4 and a 14 6.7. The 6.4 has twin turbos. There are a lot of bad reviews and ideas of major failures and I'm no Diesel Mechanic, but most of the horror stories I have read and /or heard were due to people putting programmers/ chips on them then trying to use them like a race car.


The 6.7 is like a Porsche engine that can pull a house. Stock, at 70, punching it will put you back into the seat. 140k on the 6.4, 33 on the 6.7.
