We are thinking of putting brick flooring down, refinishing the cabinets, granite counter top, New farm sink. Our applicants are in good shape but probably will end up being replaced.

im in the processing of re doing mine.

so far I put new bigger crown, base, and door/window mouldings. added a cabinet, replaced all of my cabinet doors with raised panel and new drawer fronts, granite counters, and am in the process of antiquing the finish on the cabinets. I also bought a sprayer to do the lacquer and a router. Also installed a farm/apron style sink. by the time I am finished I will spend around 5-6k Im guessing. Oh, I forgot I also did a island style hood over my stove.

I did all this shite myself or with help from family. Id imagine it would have been at least 15k if I paid someone.

show us some pictures of what you got.
