I think the top 5 coaches are pretty clearly Pop, Kerr, Budz, Carlisle and Stevens in some order. McHale is top 15, but we'll see if he's in Carlisle's league this series.

Bottom 5 are Scott, Wittman, Williams, Fisher, and Hollins IMO.

3 rookie coaches automatically boosted to the top of the list after one good/great season? Ok, I guess.

Why Stevens over Kidd? Spoelstra just eliminated b/c he's had Lebron? Are we really calling Kerr a better coach than SVG after 1 year considering the players each has? I'd probably take Stotts over Kerr at this exact moment to.

1 year does not make a great coach, though the job Bud has done is hard to argue with.

Stotts has to be top five or at least honorable mention. His late game play calling is fantastic and there's never a play that leaves me scratching my head.
