Cap should be 5GB if you have an LTE phone. But yeah the throttle is 0.5 Mbps which is basically 56k. I hit it every month because I'm too stubborn to download my podcasts on wifi.

But yeah the throttle is 0.5 Mbps which is basically 56k.
