When I renovated my house (similar size) we did all the work and spent about $40k in material. We touched everything (Plb, ele, floors, ceiling, all new bathrooms, floors). Double that for labor if you're not diy. Then add probably $10k-$20k for new drywall.
You're looking at $100k easily. Probably closer to $150k.
