Why is it not policy to shoot these people?
Hell, some whacko jumped the fence, made it through the front door and halfway through the White House and no one plugged him. We can't even secure the President's home/office?

They shot a woman who was off her meds or something and was trying to drive her car over everybody and everything near the capital. The family is suing for wrongful death.
